noisy floorboardspoor insulation
I found a few things less than stellar. The noise was a HUGE problem. I could hear EVERYTHING from the room above (seriously, every footstep!). The floorboards creaked LOUDLY. The sound insulation needs some serious attention. the staff's customer service felt somewhat lacking. Let's just say, not the warmest reception i've ever gotten.
